- Why can't I see the phone number that called me?
When viewing phone leads, you will see something like this: (303) XXX-XXXX. We do not give out the complete phone number for privacy reasons.
- How do you track phone leads?
Each property manager or real estate investor will receive a toll-free number and extension we will apply to every ad we post. This toll-free number and extension will redirect to any number you choose. This can only be used on ads we post.
- My toll free number is not working?
If you are testing the phone number, please make sure you are calling the toll free number from a phone other than the one you entered in your contact information. For example, if you entered your cell phone call from a landline.
- What are considered leads?
A lead is either an email that is sent to you or a phone call that is tracked by a unique toll free number. We have found that approximately 200% of the leads can come from a phone call and our clients have found a much higher conversion rate if each of those calls are answered by a person. Studies also show that if a customer does not receive a response from a company within 12 hours, they are more likely to go to another company.
- Can we see how many times each ad was viewed?
Many sites we post your properties to do not allow us to see how many times an ad was viewed. More important is how many people actually respond to that ad, via either phone or email. You can review these reports at any time by logging into your account.
- How do I add photos to my ad?
If you have not paid for your ad yet, you can add photos by signing into your account and clicking on the "Manage My Ads" link. Next to the address, select "Images." Click "Browse" to launch the file browser. Navigate the browser to where your photos are saved. Select one photo at a time and then click "Upload Images." Click "Browse" again to select the next photo.
- How do I get started?
Simply set up an account and provide information to post your first property. Remember, the more information and pictures you provide for the property, the more qualified leads you will receive.
- How do I post an ad?
To post an ad, please login to your account Here. Select "Post Ad" which can be found on the top of the page. If you are experiencing problems try to enable cookies. To learn more visit here.
- How much does it cost?
There is a flat monthly rate fee depending on the package you choose.
- Can I pay through invoice?
At this time, we do not offer an invoice payment option.
- How do I change text in my advertisement?
Login to your account and within your my account dashboard, under the "Manage my ads" section select "Edit" to change text. To add or change images, select "Images."
- Why can't I find my ad on some of the sites?
There may be a variety of reasons your ad is not showing on some sites. It takes 24 business hours for your ad to be live on all of the sites. Some sites could be experiencing technical difficulties. Also, you can try searching on the sites in a different way. For example by headline or address.
- Are images included with my advertisement?
You can upload up to 5 images per property when you add a new listing.
- Why can't I change the address of my property?
You are not able to change the address because some of the sites we post to do not allow address changes to prevent posting two different properties in the same ad.
- Where will my advertisement appear?
We run your advertisements on many different sites. We are constantly searching for the best websites to post your advertisement on. For more info on sites please go here.
- How many edits can I do for each property per month?
Once you post and approve your ad, we begin the postings on all of the rental sites. You can change your ad as often as you like. Each change will go into effect within 24 business hours.
- When will my ads be posted?
After you post your ad(s) and check out, the ad will be posted within 24 business hours.
